Not currently. Runwaiy integrates with Xero first, with further accounting integrations planned. If you use a different accounting tool, you can add your data manually in the meantime.

No. Xero is optional. Runwaiy works as a standalone forecasting tool — you add your revenue, costs and team directly. Xero integration enhances the product by bringing in real transaction data, but it is not required.

Yes, completely. AI insights are off by default. You can enable them when you want a financial analysis of your data. Some founders use it daily; others prefer working from the raw numbers. Runwaiy works fully without it.

When you run AI insights, Claude reads your cash position, burn rate, upcoming payments, supplier terms and VAT timeline — and surfaces the things worth knowing in plain English.
